Paul Gruner is the President and CEO of Det’on Cho Management LP (DCMLP) which is the economic arm of the Yellowknives Dene First Nations proudly operating in our communities of Ndilo and Dettah. Paul has experience across a number of different industries including oil and gas (midstream), multi-media, manufacturing, construction and Indigenous business. He has served in senior roles within operations, human resources, business development, project management and general management. He has worked extensively in the North starting in Northern Alberta and British Columbia, Yukon, Alaska and currently in Northwest Territories. In his current role he is responsible for the profitability and sustainability of DCMLP while maximizing opportunities and building capacity for beneficiaries.
